Wearing Every Hat — Creative, Web, and Marketing Across a Fast-Moving Startup

Overview

At Evismart, I came in as a Multimedia Artist and ended up growing into a role that touched almost every part of the company's digital and creative output. Motion graphics, UI design, web development, marketing automation, analytics — the scope kept expanding, and I kept showing up for it. It has been one of the most hands-on, multi-disciplinary experiences I've had, and it shaped a much wider skillset than either of us expected when I first joined.

A big part of how I work is being deeply integrated with Figma. Roughly 80% of my day lives inside Figma, whether that's designing marketing templates, building out web pages, or putting together interactive prototypes. On top of that, I actively use AI tools across my workflow to cut down production time and keep output quality high.

What I Do Here

Creative & Marketing Assets

My background is in motion graphics, so producing video content was a natural part of how I contributed from day one. This covered social media content, internal videos, and paid ad creatives. Early on, I also brought in 3D work since I studied it formally and the team wanted to experiment with it for certain visuals. Over time though, the nature of the industry made it clear that speed and quick publishing mattered more than heavily produced 3D content, so the focus shifted toward leaner, more marketing-driven creative work.

Most of the visual work, from social graphics and presentation decks to event print materials and email visuals, runs through Figma. Having a solid template system set up means the team can move fast without starting from scratch every time.

Clickable Product Demos

With the UI designer no longer on the team, I stepped in to handle prototyping work. This includes building clickable, interactive product demos in Figma that are used both internally and in client-facing conversations.

These demos became a genuine asset for the sales team. Instead of relying on verbal explanations of how the product works, the team can now walk prospects through a visual, interactive experience that shows exactly what the product does. The impact was immediate and clear, and it is one of the pieces of work I am most proud of from my time here.
