Evismart, Multimedia Artist

Revolutionizing Banking: Enhancing User Experience with the Dello Fintech Banking

Overview

At Evismart, I started as a Multimedia Artist focused on building marketing materials, and over time grew into a role that touched almost every part of the company's visual and digital presence. From social media graphics to motion graphics, from rebuilding the company website from scratch to setting up marketing automation, this role has pushed me to learn fast, wear many hats, and figure things out as I go. It has been one of the most hands-on, multi-disciplinary experiences I've had, and it shaped a much wider skillset than I originally expected when I first joined.

What I Do Here
Creative & Marketing Assets

When I first joined, my work centered around producing creative assets for the marketing team. This included social media content, internal presentation decks, event print materials, and general brand visuals. Most of this work was done in Figma, which quickly became the tool I live in every single day. On any given workday, roughly 80% of my time is spent inside Figma, whether it's building out marketing templates, designing web pages, or working on prototypes.

Motion graphics was actually my previous career, so producing video content was a natural part of how I contributed from the start. This covered social media videos, internal content, and paid ad creatives. Early on, I also brought in some 3D work, since I had studied 3D at school and the team wanted to experiment with it for certain graphics. It added a different dimension to some of the visuals we were testing out. Over time though, the nature of the industry made it clear that speed and quick publishing mattered more than heavily produced 3D content, so that side of things gradually took a back seat. The focus shifted toward leaner, more marketing-driven creative work, which is where the majority of my output has been since.

Website Rebuild - Figma, Webflow

One of the biggest projects I took on at Evismart was a full website rebuild. The existing website was managed by our mother company based in Manila, which meant that every time we needed to update content or make changes, there was a significant delay. It was holding the team back, so we decided to build a new site on our own terms, with our own style.

I collaborated closely with a UI designer on our team. She led the initial UX work, and I supported wherever I was needed throughout that process. As the project moved into UI, we worked on it together, from defining the visual direction and overall site structure to crafting the stories behind each page and the graphics that brought them to life. We held sessions to workshop ideas, test layouts, and make sure the final product felt cohesive and on-brand.

For development, we chose Webflow. Neither of us had prior experience with it, but we made the decision to go all in. I led the entire build, working from scratch without any pre-made templates because we had a very specific visual style we wanted to keep intact. I built out the component library, set up a lightweight design system, and structured the CMS so the team could manage blog content and update pages without needing a developer. My teammate helped with migrating and transferring content across, but the layout, structure, and most of things Webflow-side were driven by me. The full build was completed within two weeks, learning the platform and building at the same time.

The site wasn't perfectly optimised at launch, and that's something I've been openly transparent about. But what it did do was get us live, give us something to work with, and create a foundation to keep improving. That process of continuous improvement is still ongoing.

After launch, my teammate moved on from the company, and I took full ownership of the website. Since then, I've been the sole person managing, updating, and developing it further.

Analytics, SEO & Marketing Integration

As the marketing team shifted and responsibilities expanded, I started getting more involved in areas I hadn't worked in before. This included Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO, all of which needed to be properly integrated with the website.

I helped set up tracking, worked through tag configurations, and made sure conversion data was being captured in a way that actually made sense for the team. It was a lot of learning on the job, but I've gotten comfortable working across these tools now.

On the HubSpot side, I've been building out email campaigns, creating landing pages, and setting up workflow automation. The goal has been to connect everything, so the website, HubSpot forms, and conversion tracking are all working together and giving us meaningful data on how people are moving through the funnel.

To better understand actual user behaviour, I've been using Hotjar alongside Google Analytics. Looking at where users drop off, how far they scroll, which sections hold attention and which don't has been really useful. Based on those insights, I've been going back into the UI, making adjustments, and testing changes to see what actually moves the needle.

Prototyping & Clickable Demos

With the UI designer no longer on the team, I've also been stepping in to help with prototyping work. This includes building clickable, interactive product demos in Figma that can be used internally and shared with potential clients.

These demos have become a genuine asset for the sales team. Instead of relying purely on verbal explanations of how the product works, the team can now walk prospects through a visual, interactive demo that shows exactly what the product does. The feedback has been really positive, and it's noticeably improved how product conversations go during the sales process. It's one of the pieces of work I'm most happy with because the impact was immediate and clear.

AI-Assisted Workflow

Something I've made a deliberate effort to do across all of this work is integrate AI tools into my daily workflow. Whether it's speeding up the ideation process, generating initial visual concepts, writing copy drafts, or automating repetitive parts of production, using AI has meaningfully cut down the time it takes to get things done without sacrificing quality. It's become a standard part of how I approach projects, and it's something I keep refining as the tools themselves keep improving.

What This Role Taught Me

This job has been a crash course in what it actually means to work across a full marketing and digital function. I came in as a creative and ended up learning tools and skills that I never expected to touch. More than the individual skills though, what I've taken away is the ability to pick something up quickly, figure out how it connects to everything else, and make it work. That's been the real through-line across everything I've done here.
